My BlackBerry Passport is now scruffed on the bottom from me trying to take the back of it off with a screwdriver. (I know...yikes!) Where can I go to get a new back and bottom to my phone?

BlackBerry can do it for you using its RMA process. It will most likely cost you though.

They send you a Fed Ex box and you use the enclosed padded envelope to send your Passport in. They call you with the price of repair, and you get your Passport back in about a week. The whole process usually takes about 10 days total.
