    I left my phone uncharged for a few weeks.
    It has been charging all day.
    The keys are lit, but the screen is black.

    Is the phone toast?

    Run an autoloader on it to reinstall the OS. If it continues to do what it's doing now after that, then likely. But I doubt that will happen. Autoloader should fix it up.
