Sitting at the local bar quaffing a cold beer I see someone holding a Passport . I yell over and join him and he graciously let me play with it for a couple of minutes. I am officially converted, at the earliest opportunity I'm going Passport :-)

Every time I take mine out in a place where there is a crowd, someone notices it and says "what the hell is that".

I did finally see two in the wild, I was at a meeting the other day and two folks from a Canadian supplier each had one and where shocked when I pulled out mine to check some messages.

I talked to them after the meeting and they said they loved the device and where surprised to see someone in the US had one.

Everyone in the meeting was amazed that Blackberry had something like this on the market. One guy even told me he heard they where bought by Lenovo, to which I replied, no they where not.

This is the type of misinformation that hurts us in the long run. Hopefully Mr Chen and the marketing folks up in Waterloo can change that?

Just met a guy from Saudi on my flight back from Paris. I was listening to music with ear-buds plugged in and he actually knocked on my shoulder to understand what "that" thing is. Spent around 15 minutes demoing it and he played a bit with it. zfinal question was where to buy. I think I made my first sale

Just adding to the thread, I did a little poll here at the bar (asking how many BlackBerry users are here) and lo and behold out of 13 people I counted 1 x Z10(mine), 2 x Q10, 1 x Z30 and of course the Passport. 5 out of 13. I must live in BlackBerry Village... :-)

Saw one today at a shawarma place in Ottawa... was almost going to ask him how he like it but didn't have the opportunity...

No case or anything on it though. But not surprised as cases are in short supply.

have seen one other one at a Rogers store which a salesman was using but that isn't really 'in the wild'.

i converted 4 out of 5 people. They saw the phone and feel in love and now are passport owners. The 5th person had her iphone 6 and said the passport looks dated. I told her your just mad cause nobody wants to see your futuristic phone that never really changes lol

I landed in Calgary and had to get a sim for my UK Z30 the staff at the stalls I went to in the mall were more interested in looking at my passport then helping me with my Z30 ha ha

I am rocking the Passport in Hobart, Tasmania (little island south of Australia)
Everywhere I pull it out I see people look at it with a bemused look on their face.....
No telcos here stock Blackberrys at all, so its definitely a rare sight...I would assume I am the only person in Tasmania with one
