Is there an App that can be downloaded on PP to use it as a remote control for Samsung TVs?

If you're talking about the Passport or ANY Blackberry device.... Blackberry did not include a "beamer" in their devices. So, there's no way to use it as an IR remote.
It just can't be done.!

If you happen to be looking for a remote that will work with absolutely every component you have The Logitech Harmony 650 is Awesome. I have 16 different components between my home theatre and music systems.I have everything SONY and my second HDTV is a Samsung. Even programmable Sony Remotes couldn't do every Sony component.

Anyway, No remotes on blackberry!

You could try mytifi from the Google playstore. It works on samsung smart tvs. If you don't have a smart TV, you are out of luck.

I use BlueTouchPad as a remote and it's pretty awesome but I've never heard of a TV using Bluetooth. I use it when my computer is being streamed to my TV
