Ordered two over the phone yesterday. They matched Bell price of $149.99, waived the buyout on one Z10, knocked $50 off the other buyout. All in all it cost me, $450 for two Passports including early upgrade fees etc... upgraded 15 months early, quite happy with outcome.

sounds a lot like the deal i got from rogers for 2 PPs as well. it was a grind though, i called many times going back and forth, but i managed to get the deal i was looking for.
then couple weeks afterwards i changed to a business account with my work and got 2 awesome plans.

Ya it started out at $1000 to stay and upgrade or walk away and pay $400, then walk over to Bell.

    Your story is refreshing. Congratulations.
I only hope that one day I read a similar story from a U.S. customer on an American carrier.

You tell them where price is cheaper, they check online to confirm. The lowest price is what you pay for phone. Charged to next bill.
