Which version of Retroarch do you use, the native version or the Android version? Has anyone tried both to see their differences? Is one significantly better than the other?

Native versions are almost always clearly the better choice. There is really no reason to use the Android variant if a native one exists (besides maybe new features). The latest RetroArch(1.0.2.96) should run almost every supported system flawlessly on your Passport.

i prefer to use the touchscreen for directional button but the image of the buttons seem not on a right scale, it seems stretched. can it be fixed?

    I use nothing.
I believe that my saving grace with a great functioning phone is that I have NO android apps, and no way to put them on.

Native version? I wasn't aware there was one...

I'm pretty sure that I use an Android version and it runs very well. Keymapping works.

However, these days I'm using the old Gameboy Advance for my gaming needs.

I just started re acquiring game systems from my younger years. Sega Genesis and Sega CD. Recently a Dreamcast. Hard to explain, but so much more fun with proper systems and controllers.

Lol. That I do not. But if I were the 'bus' type, my PSP with emulators could do the trick.
