    I had issue with Blackberry passport recently, and I decided to reload the software. I connect Passport with Blackberry link and I find that did not recognize the passport and then I click restore/reload to factory settings. After download and extracting upload the link cannot load on passport, and in end shows Repair did not succeed.

    Any idea? Im on mac and I have Sachesi as well (but v cannot connect with passport)

    try win 7 and check cable as well it could be a data wire bad

    Try another usb port. I got this too. Change usb port and everything's fixed

    yes I'm going to find a windows pc and try autoloader. Cable work fine.

    you don't need autoloader use the same reload button
