I've been noticing how the red star that tells you that you have unread messages (text or email) vanishes after 20 ms or so, usually after the led stops blinking. In the hub, the messages still appear as 'unread' but the red star is gone from the home screen when I turn on my phone. I seem to remember from my Bold and Curve days that the star was supposed to stay there until you actually tapped on the icon and checked your message(s). I've had the same issue on all my BB10 devices except for the first few weeks after I've bought the phone when the star does what it is supposed to to. Not a matter of life and death clearly, but has anyone experienced the same problem? Thanks.
