quick question,

I've done some poking around and found no answer as of late. I'm wondering if there is a way to turn off the notifications on my lock screen. Sometimes I use them for appointments but but seeing that someones birthday is an event that's happening now, isn't exactly ok. I know that I can turn that calendar off, that's not what the question is. It's how to turn off those notifications.

That doesn't work. It's not a notification, it's a reminder that an event is happening. Completely different

check your birthday reminders on Facebook app turn it off.

Just pick month view - it remembers which you chose last time and when you reopen it will be that view
