    Good afternoon,

I have a quick question. I want to download snap to get some apps on my Passport, but I can only see the 10.2.1 snap guide/links. I was wondering if this is the same for 10.3 and it works fine?

A link to a guided walkthrough would be great as well.

    Thank you in advance!

It works perfectly and is the same app for 10.3. There is only 1 version of Snap available.

TDaye is correct. I side loaded Snap onto a Passport last night and it worked just fine!

Download to your computer from here: http://redlightoflove.com/snap/. Then side load it to your phone and you're all set. Sachesi would be great for the side loading. Any questions just ask.

Is the Snap service safe to use? How do we know the app creators are not combing through our personal information like password keeper. It's the only reason I'm weary of sideloading any app. How safe is Snap?

Snap is basically a BB10esque store front for Android apps directly from google play. The app itself is safe, what you download with it is another story.

    I'm wary of your weariness.

As well as allowing third party installs (settings, app manager, installing apps) you can enable a scan which checks if the app you are installing contains known malware. Doesn?t take long and gives you a bit more confidence.

Blackberry 10.3 has added blackberry guardian to assure no malware is included. Assure turn on setting>app manager>installing app>inspect app before installing
