    I just received my BB passport silver edition today. Right after taking out the phone, I noticed the press feedback of "q" key on the keyboard is different from the other keys. It feels damped, not easy to press, and does not have a crisp sound when pressed like the others.

    Just wondering if you guys have the same problem ? Or should I replace it for a new one?

    Now that you mentioned it, yes my q is slightly different but it never affected me. Not sure this would be a deal killer for me. Hope you'll still enjoy the beast.
