    I was using earphones while listening to a conference call and since taking the earphones out my phone cannot play sound from videos. For example if I go on Youtube I cannot hear anything unless I plug in my earphones. When I receive a call my phones audio setting assumes I have earphones in so I can't hear the other person until I change it to handset. But the weird thing is my phone still goes off for an alarm.. does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    Have you tried running the BBVE to see if there are any issues?
