Just plugged my slimport HDMI adapter into the sync pod then connected via HDMI cable to TV, docked my passport and low and behold it displays on TV and I can plug my charger into the slimport adapter and charge at the same time.

Bit of a workaround and not sure if there's a simpler way but it now functions just like my Z10 dock.

Of what?

Passport, sync pod, official slimport HDMI adapter, HDMI cable,TV and if you want to charge also just plug your charger into the micro USB slot on the official slimport adapter.
