    Used this on Z30 before, today tried it on Passport and it didn't work. Was going to reinstall it but couldn't find it in BBW.

    There should be a new pairing password you need to enter for it work as you changed phones.

    I spent weeks trobles shooting this on Z30 on windows 8 with telus and blackberry. No solution as I was unwilling to pay microsoft. I miss having this app.

    There is a windows update you need to uninstall to get Print To Go working again.

    sorry I can't remember off the top of my head which one it is. It is in the forums somewhere though.

    I don't see any documentation on Printhand explaining how I can From my PC, print a document, which will be converted to PDF and automatically stored on my bb10 device?

    Please send a link to documentation explaining how to do that with printhand...

    In print to go you need to keep your computer pc to on all the time. On printHand it searches all printers connected to network in seconds and you can print right away.

    My apology. I thought print from mobile app you are asking about.
    I used it long time ago but it was not for me. So I deleted it. Now I can see it in BBW Z30. But latest reviews are showing app is not good anymore.
