    Just recently, my BlackBerry Passport SE!!! Please help. The phone recognizes when I take it out and restore it. It will not show me the content

    Have you rebooted for fully restarted the device?

    I've tried soft reboot as well as hard reboot several times.

    Was the content originally made by using the SD card in the passport?
    Or was the content made by a different device?
