    Hello.
My locked Passport turns off in pocket.
Is it normal that power button works when the phone is locked? (password protected)

Yes, and sometimes i have accidentally put it into bedside mode, too.
You can prevent either mishap by aiming the top down and the screen facing out.

    My bad then...
What sense does it have to be able to turn off locked phone?

    - accidental turning off in pocket
    - stolen phone can be turned off without unlocking (it wont ring on call)

its another downside of BlackBerry 10 os vs 'old' os :/

As far as I can remember I had to unlock phone before I was able to turn it off.
The problem is that Passport is turning off witchout unlocking.

Yes for sure. You've never needed a password to turn a phone off, not a BlackBerry anyhow and not an iPhone
