...and what do you mean by support stops?
BB10 devices should continue to work for a good long time -your return on investment, if bought new, will have been excellent. Used can be a risk, because you don't know how it was previously used/cared for....Other than when users do 'unsupportable' things like drop their $1000 iPhones and break them, or drop their BB10 devices in the washing machine/toilet/lake etc.
Devices I've ruined so far:0, lost/stolen: 0 (I've dropped a silver Passport twice (small drops though) with no case, no damage at all)
Devices someone i know quite well has ruined mostly by dropping/carelessness (in the last 3-5 years?) an unbelievable :1 laptop (cracked screen),3 tablets (cracked/shattered screens -purse abuse), 1 iPhone(shattered glass dropped), 1 or 2 Androids (water damage), 1 Blackberry z10(wash cycle), lost/or stolen: 2 Blackberry's (older blackberries).
Another close acquantance: 1 laptop(cracked screen), 1 Android -Sony (shattered glass).
