    Hello Community,
    Please explain me guys why  is not always shown. And what is the meaning of 2g and 3g. Means no Internet available?

    Sometimes it shows it 2G and 3G. Internet available?

    The BlackBerry Internet Service icon you posted is only shown when you have connection to the BlackBerry servers.

    2g and 3g mean no Internet connection.
    2G and 3G mean you have Internet connection

    Thank you very much for explaining.

    So when I'm connected to the BlackBerry Server means I can only use BBM right? Or general for other messager like what's app as well?

    That icon is for BBM only, I believe. As you can browse the Internet whether that icon is there or not.

    I used to have those problem. It got to do with your cellular provider in some countries. When the logo goes missing you can toggle the mobile network off and on again. The logo should come back. Without that logo is either you will have a super slow Internet or not Internet at all. If problem persist, I doubt there is a solution other than changing your cellular provider.
