Got a new BlackBerry Passport finally!...(last 6 months been on Samsung S5).
Happy with it but it does not connect to wifi??? Please help need to update OS and lower data usage.
I have connected to 2 hotels wifi while travelling, but won't connect to home, work or friends wifi?!?

Any advice anyone?

Honesty, I was trying to connect to any WiFi that I've known e.g. star buck, restaurants, airport, some shops (offering free wifi) even with our neighbour that doesn't put password on their router just to experiment what to do in case I couldn't connect, but unfortunately (or rather fortunately), my Passport can always connect... :-(
