    Good morning.

    Yesterday, my AT&T passport battery fully drained. When i plug it in to charge it shows the dead batter icon, but then turns off. Goes to the Blackberry boot screen then battery, etc. Constant loop.

    Anyone know how to get my beloved Blackberry back?

    UPDATE

    Issue resolved. Might be hardware issue. Won't charges when plugged into USB. Put on wireless charging pad and charging now. All good!

    Yes, the AT&T version has Wireless Charging

    you didn't use the official charger, instead, a cheap usb charger (0.5A probably), or a crappy laptop usb port.
    This is why it won't charge.

    "but USB should charge always right?? it's probably broken!!!"

    Yes I was using the official blackberry charger/cable. The battery icon didn't show a lightning bolt through it when using the charger. When do the wireless charging it is showing a lightning bolt. It has been "charging" for a bit, but not sure how long it should go before it actually begins to "hold" a charge again?

    Any thoughts/suggestions?
