I sent query to Blackberry blackberryhelp and several other "blackberry related twitter accts" and I cant get the respect of an answer from any of them. I sent 4 queries to bbhelp, only to receive a link to order the Black one, no explaination. The girls on the phone are clueless, as well. It is a shame that the support is so poor that you can't get a simple," I dont know" If I was on the fence to buy this phone< i would have certainly bought a different brand due to this crap customner service. I'm seriously pissed. There is nobody that ridicules Iphone?galaxy owners harder than I do, in support of Blackberry. Very disconcerting

I was holding out, but my work phone is Telus, so if rogers has exclusive on white, then I won't get one.
