There might be some dust or something in your keyboard. Try cleaning it or having replaced. This was the common cause for double typing on the Q10.

Which os are you using? It's been resolved usually since a certain os version. Update your device

Try a different OS or an duster air, otherwise it might be due to wear. I remember my curve doing that after a good year of hard use.
