I've made sure my passport keyboard is clean and nothing is touching it. But it's scrolling by itself on pages and I can't seem to fix it. I've tried rebooting as well. Is this a software glitch or some sort of physical damage to the Trackpad Function of the keyboard?

Run it through BBVE and troubleshoot it. Could be a "stuck" key. It may be possible to have some debris under keypad.

Let's calm down a bit... Anyway, it sounds like a physical damage thing to me. Get a hairdryer and point it at your keyboard for a few minutes and check later, there may be some dust that's ruining the touch capacities. If the problem persists, turn off the touch feature in Settings.
