I've been reading that story maker automatically creates stories of photos on the passport?
Can someone tell me if this is true and how it works?
My concern is that I have several thousand photos on an SD card in my Q10 that I would like to slot straight into the PP, but preferably without Gigabytes worth of story maker videos creating themselves and taking up storage!
Is this just a passport feature or is it coming with 10.3 to all BB10 handsets?

I haven't researched it, but I think it just builds a thumbnail and if you choose it, it will open them in story maker.

I think that's the beauty of it. They aren't generated until you go into story maker to do it.

The problem I'm having is any video I make with a song is taken down by Facebook DRM.

Yeah. Doesn't save the movie till you tell it to. It guesses by location and time frame. It did it on my z10 with 10.3 so I'm assuming it's all devices.

Hi there :

1. Just go to pictures app
2. Important : you have to select from the 3 lines on the bottom left menu by date NO by albums or favorites
3. When you scroll the pictures by date, appears some picture horizontally occupying all the screen with a movie maker logo on the right side. That is the automatic story (see picture attached) .
4. If you click on that it will open an automatic preview of your story, you can only change the theme right there because you are still in the picture app.
5. If you click on share blue botton it automatically create the story and save it.
6. If you click on the edit botton it automatically open the story maker app.

Note: to activate this, you have to go to settings on the pictures app and activate the automatic story feature.
