    reloaded the passport . reload got completed. went from downloading software to extracting software. finished that too. the green light turned off , the phone switched on but read www.bberror.com/bb10-0015. tried reloading it again , this time it started from extracting software, switched on and said www.bberror.com/bb10-0015. please help.
