    my friends I need help , my blackberry passport SE become hot all time with draine the battery and I can not download any thing from blackberry world even apps or updates .

    What does device monitor show is using most of your battery power, or CPU cycles?

    Have you done a hard reset?
    Might try deleting some recent apps.
    Might try deleting all accounts and then recreating them.

    Or try a Security Wipe (or easier just use Restore to Factory in BlackBerry LINK). (just backup first)

    Delete the word game, reboot, see if the heat problem disappears
