At times the text message screen jumps or flickers for a second or so . But the entire screen light -be it any app or on home screen, flickers more consistently when in a pitch dark room. Perhaps it does at day time also but only noticed by me at night. Hasn't affected any performance though. Any thoughts?

Only two thoughts

How your holding the phone to make sure your not covering up the sensor near the top. But doubt that's it.

Other, make sure your on the most current OS. They have released a fix for screen flicker since the original OS.

Many thanks. No it flickers irrespective how I hold it. Here in London,got only 10.3.1.779 the official on o2. You have made me aware that it's been a common issue. Will have to wait for the update then.

I just updated to the newest OS using sachesi. still monitoring if still the same
