    Hello all

    I just crossed the border from Canada to the USA and my Passport is no longer seeing any cell signals (Auto or Manual mode).

    I just changed over to the Passport from the Z10 late last week. My Z10 worked great in the same location that I am now in Michigan on the At&t network earlier last week.

    I just spend the last hour talking with Rogers support and they tried a few of their tricks and are unsure of what is happening and suggested I reload software.

    Any other ideas?

    This may be pretty basic and they probably covered it with you, but... Go to Settings > Netwrok & Connections > Mobile Networks. Confirm "Data services while roaming" is toggled to ON.

    I have traveled through a few countries with my passport and zero problems, usa, Germany, Egypt. What model are you using?
    Mine is the SQW100-1. I'm using it on Tmobile here in the USA.

    Have you tried rebooting? Check under the network selections that it is trying all the network technologies in case it is only trying LTE and 3G/4G.

    On manual mode it can take a few minutes to scan and show available carriers. If you still don't see any and have rebooted, you may have a hardware or software problem. You could try using the BlackBerry Virtual expert to test the hardware. If you have it on your phone, it is called BBVE. If it is not on your phone, try downloading it from BlackBerryWorld using wifi.

    I have tried rebooting and changing Network modes. Virtual Expert shows hardware is ok just no signal!

    Depending on your OS version you may have to enter the APN manually! The ROGERS Wireless LTE coverage is awesome and you should have received full 4G LTE signal on your bars!

    So as an update I did a security wipe on last Wednesday which brought the phone alive again so I could use it in the States! I came back to Canada late Friday and restored the phone deleting all unused apps.

    I am going back to Michigan in the morning and we will see what happens when I cross the boarder, this time with a proper back-up which I lacked last week.

    From Canada and drove all the way to Florida via I75 with my PP. Was able to use it most of the ways except some less populated stretches of the highway.
