    Check to make sure your mmsc url and proxy url are correct.

    I've had exactly the same issue with my phone. Had to change SIM from micro to nano, and it was not sending pics. I thought it was a phone, and I spent few hours with Bell tech support to no avail.
    I turned that it was a defective SIM card. As soon as I changed it worked like a charm.
