Wonderful screen and keyboard, but because the device is so big, navigating to far-away links on webpages is really awkward.

If we were able to use the double tap on the keyboard even in the browser that would bring up a cursor, that would be perfect.

Alas, this feature isn't there and is why I'm now considering the Classic instead.

    Anyone agree?

I haven't used one enough, but I was thinking that since the keyboard can scroll they might as well add a mouse feature to it

And maybe it gets more track pad functionality with 10.3.1

You know i've been thinking the same thing. I'll admit it, with BB10 i've never felt the need or desire for a trackpad. Heck I had to use my old 9900 without a functioning trackpad, so I know how to get around a device lol.

But....There's been times where I've thought that the keyboard would be great as a trackpad, specifically for selecting icons or some general movement that isn't currently available. I've even thought that they could have the spacebar serve as the trackpad thus keeping space to a minimum and not fully introducing a belt.
I'm in love with the size of the screen but I find myself wanting to use it with one hand and sometimes I just can't reach a specific APP. This is why i've placed my more commonly used apps at the bottom right hand corner, and disperse them from there.

    For scrolling and typing only.

I've yet to find other things that can done with it. I'm guessing that the OP would like to see fully trackpad capabilities like on legacy devices.

One reason why the Classic will come later with 10.3.1, is because they have yet to complete the support of the trackpad.

Maybe something will come with 10.3.1 on Passport too.

I believe that this has been the reason for the Passport not getting the latest Dev leak...

I truly understand the OP in regards to his wish

Ahh brilliant. I can't wait for 10.3.1 as that prediction makes so much sense. The Passport seriously needs proper trackpad functionality.

The Passport doesn't need a trackpad. You need a Classic.
