in Hub this am, and I simply deleted an email - and all of a sudden the Hub area is bricked? I can no longer 'do' anything in the Hub - can't select anohter email or delete anything at all...trying to choose an alternate from the lefthand sidebar fails too...

when I go to apps area, yes I can open up say Twitter or FB but they dont respond to any clicks...

when I try to use BBerry Link - it starts fine but NEVER connects to the Passport...

Help here lads? Is there a "reset" switch on the Passport to get it to work again?

Hold the volume up and down buttons til the screen goes black to reset phone

If it's just your hub that is on the fritz, swipe diagonally down from the top right corner 5 times to reset the hub. Saves a restart of the whole phone.

It's funny that you posted this because I had that issue twice today. I haven't had any issues with this phone since I got it. Hmmmm weird.
