    Hello

I have an issue with my brad new passport which is unable to connect to my home wifi. I also have my old z10 device running os 10.2.2 which is fine. Do u experience the same problem ?

I cannot understand what happened, I tried security wipe and it did not help. It shows only 1 bar on signal strength whereas my z10 shows 4 or full also my laptop is fine and my ipad as well. When wifi drops, I have to manualy connect in settings.

    Thank you for advices

I'm having the same wifi problem after the update. The pasport is a great device but BlackBerry has messed up with this update.

Does it really disconnect, or does it appear that way?

    Try this:

Turn Wifi off, then after few secs turn it on again.

If it doesn't show the Wifi symbol in the top right corner, perform the following action:

Go to your call screen and call your voicemail for example. Don't put the phone on your ear, but watch the screen and wait for the carrier signal symbol to change in the Wifi symbol, then hang up.

It's a small bug, but it allthough it doesn' show, it's actually connected to Wifi.
