    Hi Guys...

    Just got my Passport today and once switching data from my Q10 via Blackberry link I've been unable to text and all my old texts show as body.txt... Anybody else having this issue?

    I'm not very technical so any support would be appreciated.

    Sounds like the restore did not work correctly. First, make sure your Q10 has all the data still on it. If yes, do a security wipe of the Passport (under Settings > Security and Privacy > Security Wipe). Next, make sure that your Q10 is running the latest available OS (Settings > Software Updates), and update if required. Finally, repeat the device switch. Let us know what happens.

    Thanks Dejanh! I did the wipe and did the switch all over again and now it's working fine. Thanks for the quick response.
