All my androids apps tend to hang on my Passport device and the only want to solve it is by rebooting the phone. In general, I reboot my phone roughly 5 times or more. The error message I got when hang is either QNXLauncher not responding or android.systemapps.com is not reponding. And the phone tends to warm up most of the time and it drains off my phone's battery life. I wonder if anyone out there face similar issue and how to resolve it.

I'm having problems downloading apps from the Amazon store. Could I need to reboot my original passport? How do you carry out a reboot?

Remove all Android apps you installed until the problem goes away. If it's still an issue, plug in your phone to your computer and via BlackBerry Link software you can execute a phone reset

Uninstall the android apps u have, clear the cache.u may wish to follow Colbat intructions on how to install Google play store on ur bb10 device.i just did mine and it's working great!cheers
