    Hi. I've had my BB Passport for 18 months now and have rated it very highly. Recently, it developed an erratic autofocus on the back camera, so I decided to do a factory reset through BB Link. Big mistake!
    Once it got to 70% complete on the reset screen, it started to slow down... I went to bed at this point and by the time I woke the following morning, it was on 97%. Slowly, over the next couple of days it got to 99%, but it's been on that for almost a week now!
    It seems such a shame to write a great phone off over this. How can I sort it out?

    do a hard reset, it might wipe again but should start.

    If after the hard reset it still goes slow reinstall the OS with BlackBerry Link.

    Remove the battery and connect to computer and do it through Link
