    Bought my passport at launch from Amazon shipped to Australia and loved it.

    However recently it keeps dropping all reception through out the day. I thought it was a issue with my carrier so I got a new sim. But that didn't help. I changed carriers but that didn't help either.

    Trying to contact BlackBerry for a warranty repair or replacement has been a nightmare and Amazon has been no help either.

    Anyone else have reception issues?
    Thoughts on best way to get BlackBerry to fix it?

    What Os are you on, maybe try a new Os or even a couple of different radio files might help you.

    I did a wipe and th didn't help. Maybe I'll try another OS. Thanks for you help.

    There is a new leak out 2639 try it , seems pretty good.

    Hard to say, but you can try, they will probably tell you to send it back for warranty replacement.

    That would be Ideal. I guess I should reload the official OS instead of letting them blame the leaked OS as the problem.
