hi, the amazon app store is telling me an update is available, should i be avoiding these at this point as updates will eventually cause problems with runtime?

also, the actual amazon app that comes installed on the passport, can i delete it? long pressing it does not bring up the garbage can.

If your apps are running okay, you can skip the updates. Certain apps will not work unless you do the update. It all depends which apps you are running.

The actual Amazon app store cannot be deleted. You can hide it in a folder if you want.
