    Not according to Tim Neil. Passport is September while 10.3.1 is November

    Sept Passport with 10.3.0
    Nov Classic with 10.3.1
    Probably December 10.3.1 roll out to Z and Q phones
    Possibly March 2015 and another phone 10.3.2 for all BlackBerry 10 phones.

    That's the way I read it.

    I would imagine the late ETA for the Classic and 10.3.1 is for software adjustments for the tool belt.
