is there anyway way to get the skin of os7 on blackberry passport? I don't want to downgrade to os7 (and I don't think you can anyway) but I just want the home screen look and theme of the os7 is this possible?

BB10 does not have "themes". It was never developed to have them, so the UI really can't be customized.

Now, there is an app that can customize aspects of the icons. Making some blank so it can appear as if you have only a few icons on a page. There's another app that overlays a whether bar under the status bar - doing this by adding it to the wallpaper and refreshing the wallpaper anytime you go back to the home screen to keep it updated.

These are all minor though. You can't change the overall look and layout.
