Makes one wonder how much training their support departments (don't) get for technical questions/issues. I bet none of them know about the phone either.

This happens a lot with many carriers worldwide actually.

I called into one here in the Philippines and the agent put me on hold for 10 minutes after I asked when they might / may be stocking it for recontracting after stating that it was going to be released this month.

When she came back she was overjoyed to tell me that it would be available in the Philippines in September or October. She had put me on hold and went to google to search to tell me that

/facepalm.

I blame it on poor implementation and rushed or non existent training experiences
