After I reinstalled Whatsapp I do not get any messages in the hub.
The only way is to open Whatsapp and look if there are messages.
I don't know how to make it work again.
On my z30 I don't have this problem.

    Uninstall
    Reboot
    Reinstall
    Reboot
    See if that fixes it.

I have the same problem since months ! Is there a solution ?

I tried everything : uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, etc. The problem first appears when I installed whats app android app.

I would uninstall, restart, and install the blackberry world whatsapp version.

I got it from Blackberry World.

Once I tried to install what's app android app (just to see) in addition to BBWorld App, and it's at this moment that BB10 what's app disappeared of the hub.

It happened to me. The solution is You can try by reordering your hub at hub management. Go to hub, three dots, setting, hub management. You icon should return, but something else might be missing. Keep doing it until all the icon shown.

Still the same I tried many times, and then restarted the phone. No changes but reordering hub's apps.

I can also add that my hub also contains 2 inst10 (but inst10 app is uninstalled) and a messenger app (messenger app is also uninstalled). It comes from nemory apps.

Hi there. Same thing happened to me. I reset my phone back to factory using BlackBerry Link and then just re installed it and it works fine. I would consider using an autoloader to do this as it took about 5 hours to do the security wipe. You can restore the phone via backup or just do what I did and save the photos I wanted to keep onto my hard drive and treated the reset as a way to 'wipe the slate clean'. Only takes about 15 mins to put your accounts back in and reinstall any apps. This will definitely solve your whatsapp hub issue. Let me know how it goes.
