    A survey!

    The right speaker only works when I 'pinch' the area over it, this is literally the case. If I don't pinch it, it makes no sound as confirmed by several BBVE app tests. Must be something a little loose inside there.

    BUT

    The device otherwise is perfect. No screen lift, no double typing, no refreshing issues. It was just purchased during the Shop BB sale.

    If you were me, would you exchange for another one? My real question is, what are the odds of getting a PP at this point with no issues from the clearance stock?

    I'd replace it.... next thing you know, neither speaker will work.
