Bottom left part of the frame is indented first of all, right side of it is lifting slightly...I will accept these since the stock is depleted and I've no idea how much new stock they actually have.

I honest believe these people sell returned items back out as new or something.

Anyway, I have a stuck pixel. Is there a way to remove this with an app of some sort?

Ugh, sorry to hear. I picked up a Black Friday backup Priv and it's perfect. RMA, and hopefully you'll strike gold in both cases.

When I asked opinion about not properly seated button on my Passports keyboard most of the people didn't give a damn and the rest was thinking problem is in my head rather than keyboard.
Stuck pixel is much smaller than the issue I'm having. So why you worry about it? Just get use to it or pretend its not there. Or don't look at that part of the screen.

Are you out of your mind - both issues are equally important.

The key feature of the passport is the screen - a dead pixel is in no way acceptable whatsoever.

As for the keyboard, I remember seeing your picture - it was very obvious a defect and I recommended you send it back.

Shouldn't settle for a poorly made keyboard as that's another key feature of BlackBerry's.
