My brand new passport doesn't charge past 53%. It will charge on wall plug in until it reaches 53% then it just shows its not charging any more. When I plug it into computer it keeps saying it's charging but doesn't go past 53%. Anyone know how to fix this?

use bblink if the problem persists and reload the software and try again if it doesnt work

I had the same problem. Stuck at 86% and got a bit hot.
Just restart your phone...

Kill the battery completely, until the phone shuts off by its self. Then charge it back up fully with out un plugging it.
Sometimes things get hung up and the software doesn't recognize what the hardware is actually at.
Like the battery maybe 100% in reality. But the software is recognizing that as 56%
So by teaching it what 0% is then allowing it to count up from there sometimes fixes that issue.

Check the device manager and see what is taking up the battery/cpu resources.

If it is system/standby eating up the power, check if you have Amazon's Kindle app (if so, delete it). Do a reboot and then start charging. Basically it is draining FASTER then it is being charged.

Well it depends. If the device is consuming most of the energy, then it could be discharging instead of charging. Happens often with IPhones and iPads cause they draw a lot of energy.

K I found one of my wall plug ins that will work. The other 2 randomly quit working and also won't charge my z30 either now. Really wierd. Including the brand new wall charger out of the box from my passport. But I will try the battery drain thing
