    File under 'how famous people get free stuff.' "Injured" keyboard not covered by warranty? He was a (I assume) paid BlackBerry endorser who shouldn't be shame-tweeting about BB unless he wants to slag them publicly.

    Pick up the phone and call 'your guy' at BB for help with a warranty claim, Neil!

    Based on the threads here, BB10 keyboard phones (except Q5) suck.
    Maybe NG"s Passport has the double typing issue.

    Injured keyboard because it only has 3 lines and no modifiers.

    A 4-row Passport would not be "injured".
