I am sure this is a settings issue of some sort, but i need some assistance Accessing a web site. My iPhone equipped 15 year old daughter is gleeful in pointing out she had no trouble accessing this during the Walking Dead and Better Call Saul premiere last night haha.

AMC - The Walking Dead - Story Sync



This is what i get in the native browser, absolutely nothing functions, can't pinch, zoom etc.



And this is on Opera. Again it sticks here and doesn't function at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

try turning on desktop mode on the native browser.

Note: remember this will make it so other website will also open in desktop mode, this may not be entirely desirable. Remember to switch when you need it.

Thanks for the reply, desktop mode was active.

Turning it off gets me to the "landscape" screen same as Opera.

I bet its an user agent issue. Browser sends BB info to server. Server only recognizes IOS/Android user agent to send back a proper formatted site for mobile in landscape view.

To confirm, someone who has Evolution browser can change user agent and check the site.

Evolution Browser. The browser allows you change user agent so the website thinks you are coming from Android/IOS or several others.

I encountered the same issue while trying to load up Story Sync on AMC's site for Better Call Saul. They even have an Android app in BlackBerry World. I don't know why they don't leverage that for Story Sync and rely solely on the broser.
