    Sadly my internal earpiece / speaker (for phone call) is not working. It is dead. I wonder where I could purchase the part to do replacement by myself. I know you might suggest me to go to blackberry official service center, but the problem is that it does not exist in my place. I searched the Internet and probably no one is selling this part. Please try to help me out. Thanks

    It is most likely for you to find UFO rather than that 'internal earpiece part' for your Passport.

    I've tried searching the Internet and two candidates emerged i.e. ETRADE Supply.com and GlobalDirectParts.com. Not sure if they have but you can try.

    And for the UFO, there are hundreds of them in YouTube...
