    I have a plantronics voyager legend, a Sony soundbar, and a JBL portable speaker. ALL of my BB phones have worked flawlessly with them, no problem.

    I ordered a SE off of Amazon. It would NOT detect any of them regardless of what I did so I sent it back. I ordered a new one from Shopblackberry. It will not detect any of them as well. It will detect my old AT&T passport if that bluetooth is turned on but that is it. Two devices in a row and the same problem? Problem is probably me. I have not yet activated the phone at the AT&T store nor installed a SIM card yet my deactivated Z and Q have no problem detecting them with no SIm installed.

    The OS on my SE is 10.3.2.2836. Model number is SWQ100-4(The Amazon was 100-4). Radio version is 10.3.2.2877.

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The OS you mention above is old. Try 10.3.2.2813

    It's the latest one. Updated it when I first turned it on. Well, latest one according to the phone
