    Chances are it's done and just stuck. Just unplug it and reboot. Not like you can lose any data, you're wiping it anyway.

    It case it didn't restart and left stuck on reset, plug it to BB Link on ur computer and redownload the software through ur computer

    You will have to reload the Os using blackberry link software in your PC. Your phone will never finish to 100% . Shut it down and plug it to ur PC and reload softw with BB link.
