    When I tap on my wifi network connection it doesn't find any wifi signals. I know the signals are there as I can access them with other devices.

    Is the wifi turned on? should make the button on the top right blue

    Also make sure you have set up the wifi information in the setup app (since you didn't mention this in your post)
